Conscientious Youth paid an official visit to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kwara State Command, where both parties engaged in a constructive dialogue centered on strengthening the fight against vote buying and other electoral malpractices.

The discussion focused on practical strategies that can be implemented before and during elections to curb financial inducements at polling units and promote a more transparent electoral atmosphere.

Conscientious Youth emphasized the need for early intervention through continuous voter education, stressing that empowering the youth with the right information is key to discouraging corrupt practices and ensuring that votes are cast based on competence rather than material gain.

The NSCDC Command expressed readiness to collaborate with civic groups like Conscientious Youth, reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding electoral processes and providing necessary security support.
